Should you be a candidate for surgery, the facility fee, surgeon’s fee, and anesthesiologist’s fee are included in the price. (See the pricing page for specific procedures which may require additional fees such as implants for certain orthopedic procedures.) The initial consultation fee is not included and is paid directly to the surgeon’s office at the time of the visit.
The Medical Director at NW Surgery will assess the patient’s needs and will match the patient with a surgeon most experienced in that particular procedure. If you have a preference among our surgeons, please indicate this when you contact us.
All of our surgeons are Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in their area of expertise. Our surgeons go through a stringent vetting process. We only partner with specialists who have significant experience and an exemplary performance history in the operating room. Furthermore, we select surgeons who take a compassionate and individual approach to patient care.
Quotes are valid for 90 days.
All payments are made to NW Surgery with the exception of the initial surgical consultation fee. This will be due and collected at the surgeon’s office.
To keep our prices as low as possible, cashier’s checks or cash are preferred. Credit cards are accepted with an additional 3.25% service fee. Personal checks are accepted on a case-by-case basis, but must be received and have cleared 2 weeks prior to the date of surgery. Human resource departments or divisions of self-insured companies can make other arrangements if necessary. Financing options are available. Visit our financing page to learn more.

Overnight stays do not take place and are not required for outpatient procedures. If you prefer to stay near the facility after your surgery, there is a hotel immediately adjacent to the facility. NW Surgery has negotiated a rate for our patients.
